Responsible for shaping the overall strategy and vision of the company. This includes securing funding, obtaining exploration and mining licenses, and building a strong team.

He is also in charge of implementing deposit development programs, managing relationships with investors and stakeholders, making key decisions on project prioritization and partnerships, optimizing and improving business processes, increasing productivity, and ensuring high-quality engineering solutions.

Dmitry Khvan

Director, Ulmus Besshoky JSC

Leads the development and implementation of the Besshoky copper-porphyry deposit project. Responsible for strategy development, planning, and ensuring sustainable project progress at all stages. Coordinates interactions with government authorities and partners.

Aleksey Utkin

Head of Legal Department

Organizes the acquisition of permitting documentation for subsoil and land use for BTM and its subsidiaries.

Prepares documentation for M&A transactions. Minimizes legal risks and manages interaction with government authorities. Handles corporate legal matters with governing bodies.

Dmitry Slesarev

Director of Economics

Oversees expenditure across the group of companies, manages budget planning and execution, and ensures the financial and economic operations of the BTM Group.

Overall leadership and coordination of exploration activities.

Viktor Petrukhin

Leads research and design activities related to raw material processing, conducts technical audits of potential mining assets as part of Due Diligence, and oversees technological processes at operating sites.
