Besshoky

Currently, BTM is developing the Besshoky copper-porphyry deposit project in the Karaganda Region.

The Besshoky copper-porphyry system is located in the southeastern part of the Tokrau Synclinorium, within the influence zone of the Central Kazakhstan regional fault, in the Balkhash-Ili volcano-plutonic belt. This belt also hosts major operating copper deposits such as Kounrad and Aktogay, as well as the planned Koksay project.

The Besshoky system comprises six sites, with the main ones being East Besshoky, South Besshoky, and Kaindyshoky.

Besshoky is a large copper deposit with a total resource potential of 4 million tonnes of copper, currently at the Feasibility Study stage.
