He is also in charge of implementing deposit development programs, managing relationships with investors and stakeholders, making key decisions on project prioritization and partnerships, optimizing and improving business processes, increasing productivity, and ensuring high-quality engineering solutions.

Work Experience
Lawrence began his professional career at the Syama Gold Mine in Mali, West Africa. With over 30 years of experience, he has led and contributed to the development of cutting-edge mining projects worldwide. He previously held positions as CEO of Tin One Mining, Technical Director at AAEngineering Group LLP, Project Manager at Kazakhmys Projects BV, Chief Project Manager at AK Altynalmas JSC, and Chief Executive Officer of RG Gold LLP.
Lawrence has been leading the Bai Tau Minerals team since April 2025. He is a seasoned professional in mining, metallurgy, project development, design, and construction, with extensive experience delivering successful projects in harsh climates and logistically challenging environments.

Work Experience
Dmitry has over 17 years of experience in the mining industry. He possesses expertise in step-by-step project execution, deposit development, and investment planning. He has managed major projects and worked closely with key partners. Notably, he led the development of the Syrymbet tin deposit in Kazakhstan (Lancaster Group), from early-stage exploration to the preparation of a bankable feasibility study (BFS) in accordance with international standards and mine design.
Responsibilities
Leads the development and implementation of the Besshoky copper-porphyry deposit project. Responsible for strategy development, planning, and ensuring sustainable project progress at all stages. Coordinates interactions with government authorities and partners.

Responsibilities
Organizes the acquisition of permitting documentation for subsoil and land use for BTM and its subsidiaries. Prepares documentation for M&A transactions. Minimizes legal risks and manages interaction with government authorities. Handles corporate legal matters with governing bodies.

Work Experience
Aleksey has 14 years of experience in subsoil use and the mining industry. He has worked with NAC Kazatomprom JSC and Lancaster Group JSC. He has provided full legal support for projects from the exploration stage through to industrial launch.

Responsibilities
Oversees expenditure across the group of companies, manages budget planning and execution, and ensures the financial and economic operations of the BTM Group.
Education
Graduated in 2000 from the Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics, and Informatics with a degree in Economics.
Work Experience
Dmitry has over 20 years of experience as a specialist and manager in financial and economic departments of production and consulting companies in Russia. He has more than 12 years of experience in the mining industry.

Overall leadership and coordination of exploration activities.
Education
Graduated from the Faculty of Geology at Saint Petersburg State University, Department of Geophysics, in 1999. Holds a PhD in Geological and Mineralogical Sciences.
Work Experience
Over 25 years of experience in the exploration industry. A versatile specialist with deep knowledge in integrating geological, geophysical, and geochemical data, project generation, and mineral resource assessment. He has participated in the exploration of gold, copper, porphyry, and polymetallic ore deposits in Eastern Siberia, the Russian Far East, and Kazakhstan. Andrey also has extensive experience in fieldwork, project management, and implementing advanced exploration technologies.

Education
Graduated from Norilsk Industrial Institute (Krasnoyarsk Region, Russia) with a degree in Mineral Processing.
Work Experience
After graduating, Viktor began his career at Norilsk Nickel, where he eventually became Head of the Copper-Nickel Processing Department at the company’s Engineering Center. He later served as Chief Metallurgist at the Chukotka Mining and Geological Company, operator of the Kupol gold deposit (Chukotka Autonomous Region), a subsidiary of Canadian corporation Kinross Gold. He participated in the launch of the Bystrinsky Mining and Processing Plant (Norilsk Nickel).
While working at the investment company RCG, he launched the Berkara copper deposit, producing cathode copper using SX-EW technology, and developed a processing technology for the Saran tungsten deposit, preparing a Feasibility Study in accordance with international standards.
Viktor has over 20 years of industry experience.
Responsibilities:
Leads research and design activities related to raw material processing, conducts technical audits of potential mining assets as part of Due Diligence, and oversees technological processes at operating sites.

Key Responsibilities
Project generation in Kazakhstan, management of early-stage exploration projects, and evaluation of incoming project proposals at all stages worldwide. Focus metals: gold and copper.
Education
Graduate of the Department of Ore Geology and Geochemistry at Moscow State University. Completed postgraduate studies at the Department of Geochemistry at MSU. Holds a PhD in Geological and Mineralogical Sciences. Dissertation topic: "Geochemical Zonation and Criteria for Assessing the Erosion Level of the Peschanka Porphyry Copper Deposit (Russia, Chukotka Autonomous Region)."
Work Experience
Georgy has 15 years of experience in mineral exploration. He has participated in the exploration of copper-porphyry, volcanogenic massive sulfide (VMS), and gold deposits of various geological-genetic types in Russia and Kazakhstan. His primary regions of work include Transbaikalia, Chukotka, and Central and Eastern Kazakhstan.

Cost accounting for exploration projects, budget control, preparation of financial and tax reports, coordination with auditors, compliance with legal and contractual obligations, and management of the accounting department.

Work Experience
Svetoslav has over 12 years of experience in the exploration of ore deposits, primarily in Kazakhstan (including the Vasilkovskoe, Komarovskoe, Besshoky, Koktaszhal, and Beskauga deposits). He has also participated in exploration projects in Kyrgyzstan, the USA, Chile, Iran, and Mongolia. He has interned and worked at prominent companies such as Kazakhstan Mineral Company, Rio Tinto, and Arras Minerals.

Key Responsibilities
Leads exploration activities for the East Balkhash-2 project.
Provides methodological guidance for the delineation and resource evaluation of the Dzharyk-South gold deposit.
Education
Graduated from Kyrgyz State Technical University with a degree in Mining and Geological Engineering.
Work Experience
Denis has over 20 years of experience in the exploration sector. He has led several exploration projects in Kazakhstan, including resource estimation in accordance with international CRIRSCO reporting standards.
He has participated in various geological audits, from early-stage prospecting to final resource assessments, and has extensive experience in developing, implementing, and managing exploration programs across Central Asia and Africa.
Previously worked for major international mining and consulting companies, including Kazzinc, Kazakhstan Fortescue, and SRK Kazakhstan.
