Mongolia stands out as one of the most prospective areas for discovering world-class copper-porphyry deposits. The country lies within the Central Asian Orogenic Belt, one of the most metal-rich geological zones globally, featuring favorable island arc geodynamic settings.

The renowned Oyu Tolgoi deposit — the largest copper-gold deposit in the region — highlights the presence of significant mineralized systems. Yet, much of Mongolia remains underexplored using modern geological methods, offering vast untapped potential.

Mongolia also maintains a policy environment that is open and supportive of foreign investment in mineral exploration. Its strategic location near China, the world's largest consumer of copper, further enhances the economic viability and margin potential of mining projects in the country.
