Bugaz
Bugaz is 10 km south of Unbet and lies within the same metallogenic zone. The site is completely covered by Neogene clays and recent sediments (23–50 m thick). 1970s mapping drilling identified elevated copper and gold levels near the NW contact of the Bugaz granitic massif. Favorable structural conditions and the presence of copper suggest potential for economic copper and molybdenum concentrations.
Modern detail-scale magnetic surveys have been conducted, and grid-based core drilling with systematic sampling and analysis is planned.
